Our Story
Incorporated from a number of companies in 2003, the Lendlock Group has grown steadily through both expansion and acquisition. With a turnover in excess of 50M and a worldwide staff network of over 400 across 8 companies. We are consistently developing and investing in new plant and technology to better meet the expectations of its clients.

1963
Nekem Packaging was established in 1963, originally a dispensing chemist, Nekem has grown significantly over the last 50 years, now supplying 600+ customers worldwide.
1972
Scott Closures was established in 1972, by three brothers and was originally called Scott Research. Specialising in compression moulding ‘urea’ caps and closures, they quickly established themselves as a leader in their field.
1977
Decorpart, later to become IAC Integrated Aluminium Components is founded in Nelson Lancashire.
1984
SACO is established offering anodising of long drawn aluminium cosmetic components using a unique conveyor system.
1997
GTL Plastics was founded in 1997 and has since grown into an industry leader in the packaging industry. Specialising in innovative, high-quality plastic manufacturing solutions for a range of sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
2003
The Lendlock Group was incorporated in 2003 through the consolidation of several companies. Since its founding, the Lendlock Group has grown steadily, focusing on both expansion and acquisitions. Today, it operates with over 360 employees across multiple subsidiaries, serving clients worldwide.
2003
VR Plastics sell Scott Closures to the Lendlock Group in August 2003. Scotts Closures are the only manufacturer of Compression moulded closures in the UK.
2007
IAC – Integrated Aluminium Components is incorporated and is bought by Bespak a part of Consort Medical, to ensure continuity of supply.
2007
SACO Limited acquired a second factory to expand the tooling, pressing, assembly and warehousing departments.
2008
Nekem Packaging is purchased and is integrated into the Lendlock Group. Offering packaging solutions dedicated to exceeding expectations.
2010
SACO is incorporated into the Lendlock Group, to offer customers a unique belt anodising service.
2016
SACO Limited acquired a third factory and expansion for a second warehouse for SACO and Group use. Group office space is also introduced.
2020
InstaPac an online one-stop ecommerce shop is launched. A division of Nekem Limited and part of the family owned Lendlock Group.
2020
Recipharm acquire Consort Medical the owners of IAC Limited in February 2020.
2023
IAC limited is acquired by the Lendlock Group to offer customers a greater capability and capacity. A rack anodising process to compliment the unique belt system already within the group.
